I want sec fans to cry.

I would love to have UNT face Michigan. That is the perfect opponent for UNT here in Dallas. Whatever happens at that point, happens....

Simply put, beating Michigan would be HUGE for our program, while a closely played loss wouldn't be devastating. Bring 'em on!

here it is

  • The highest-ranked champion of a non-AQ conference will receive an automatic berth if:
    • It is ranked in the top 12, or
    • Ranked in the top 16 and higher than at least one AQ conference champion.

so... how far down is the AAC champ?

UCF = 16 with a game remaining against SMU.

Louisville = 19

Is there a championship game in the AAC?

NIU will be going to the Fiesta Bowl (most likely), if they win the MAC Championship. They will probably play Okie State or Baylor, since Glendale is the host of the national championship game. It will be NIU redux, from last year, playing in a BCS game at the home of the national championship game, with 2 for 1 deals to get people out to watch NIU play in the bowl game a week before the BCS Championship game.

The Rose Bowl will take Michigan State, no matter what. That's their right and they will always try their best to match a Pac-12 team versus a B1G team.

How do tattoos affect gameplay?

They don't--except when they are given to the players for free, which then gets covered up by the head football coach, causing him to get fired and for the university to get put on probation. That can affect the gameplay, just like having a Foot Locker opened up after hours in a Tallahasee mall to give away free shoes to guys on the FSU team and then getting caught.

I believe Pasadena is the home of the National Title game, not Glendale.

I stand corrected--you're correct. That makes the Fiesta Bowl even more angry to have to take on Northern Illinois against Okie State or Baylor. Could you imagine a BCS bowl game featuring NIU and Baylor in Glendale, AZ?

I don't think they'll have to.... it all depends on what order they are in the 'draft'

NC gets top two teams, then there is some order to how the rest of the bowls get to pick their teams, unless they have an automatic tie-in... ala Rose Bowl with a PAC team
