247 has a pretty sweet new feature. It's called class calculator, and it basically lets you add whoever you want to our recruiting class and shows you what that does to our recruiting class score/rank.

For example, I added some of the guys who are committed but aren't listed as commits on 247 (couldn't add K Trevor Moore since he doesn't have a profile).

You can add whoever you want. Our top targets to see what our class score/ranking could look like, our add 5-stars. Cool feature, check it out.

I came up with a score of 93.54 when adding the recruits not listed, but that they have in their database. That would put us at #94.

Thanks. Sorry, I forgot to add that part in. It's a shame that guys like Fonzale Davis and Tee Goree, despite having breakout senior seasons and leading their respective areas in receiving, aren't likely to get a bump unless they were to commit to a big 5 conference school.

Chris Miles deserves a bump to a 3-star as well. He had a very impressive senior season.

It's a mixed bag. If recruits see that we are getting high-profile commits, it could help them see that we've got something going on. But if our commits stay under the radar, maybe we're less likely to have them plucked away by leeches (Like June Jones).

I agree. That's what kind of scares me about some of the monster seasons that a few of our recruits have had. Just glad we capitalized on the field this year.

The novelty of pitching to recruits that we are "on the rise" under a "new" coach would've worn off if we would've had another losing season. We've put ourselves in position to actually win some recruiting battles.
