DT finished the season with 2640 yards, 14 touchdown passes and 13 interceptions. Last year he had 2629 yards, 14 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions. He did up his completion percentage a respectable amount, but stats were almost identical.

However, we were able to improve from 4-8 to 8-4 with him as our qb. This thread isn't saying that we could've done this without DT or the improvement was all because of his play. Just showing that he proved we could win games with him, when myself and others said we couldn't win with him under center, and eating a little crow.

Great season DT, great season mean green!

So if our D and special teams are as good next year and we have a QB that can make plays (through the air and with his feet) and doesn't turn the ball over at a 1-1 ratio.....10-2?

A gut feeling tells me the recruiting season this Winter is going to take an upwardly bound spin in the next few weeks.

In fact, I think we will get a handful of franchise players (if you will) come signing day this February much like the Kennedy, Buckles, Spencer class of last decade. (IMHO, if we'd had merely 1 or 2 more of those kind of recruiting hauls under Darrell Dickey he would have had a ranked bowl team and a job at the next level).
