Huge win today. Great feeling being 8-4.

8-4.

It's still sinking in...

8-4!!!

GO MEAN GREEN!!!

North...TEXAS chant loud and clear on TV. Hahahaha

I know I'll be a little hoarse tomorrow for the cause.

Can't wait to re-watch it tomorrow. The road trip to Tulsa took it out of me today...can't watch now, but looking forward to seeing it on TV.

Especially love the honking horns on 75 and the shouts exchanged at a gas station in Durant with some fellow Mean Greeners.

They've now surpassed my preseason prediction of 7-6 and I couldn't be more happy to have been wrong.

The way this team stared history & external expectations in the face and determined write their own story is inspiring and a testament to this incredible senior class.

Gone are the concerns about winning consecutive games, winning on the road, representing well in "opportunity games," along with many others that accompanied the program entering 2013.

I don't know how many future North Texas HOFers are in the exiting class, but as a whole, they will be remembered as a special, special group.

I remember how superior they were athletically in that game. They were just bigger, faster, and stronger.

That TE of theirs is still catching passes in my nightmares. Anyone remember his name?

I think you're talking about Garrett Mills. That guy was as productive a tight end as you'll ever see in college football.

You mean the 11-1 UCF who has beaten Penn State, S. Carolina, a previously unbeaten Louisville and the Houston team that just blew out SMU? Yeah, I'll stand by what I said.

Don't get me wrong, I hope your right... but then again UCF looks plenty capabale of pulling a Fresno State. They are a team superbly capable of playing up or down to their competition. Chances aren't that low, that it might bite them.

8-4 is wonderful and, lest we forget, we were so close in three of those four. This is a very good football team.
