Can anyone help me locate this guy? He played for North Texas in 1992, #20; believe his last name was Sampson. He returned kick offs in the game against the Longhorns on 09/26/1992 in Austin; I recall he got injured during that game. He lost something in Austin that weekend which I am trying to return to him.

Does anyone know his full name and what city he might be living in?

Looking at old yearbooks online, it looks like you are looking for Joe Sampson.

Your story sounds a little fishy by the way. Just sayin'.

Ha! All very funny. And no, nothing like that. I have his football helmet from that game. It was collecting dust in a closet at my Dad's house. Thought he might like to have it as a piece of memorabilia from his college days. Just trying to track him down so I can mail it to him.
