1)Miss State won. If what NTXCoog says is true, this then gives the SEC enough bowl teams to fill their BBVA Compass slot and keep the American Airlines Conference out of the Liberty Bowl.

2)SMU got blown out by Houston. SMU currently has 5 wins and needs to beat UCF in Dallas next Saturday to be bowl eligible. I know where I'll be next Saturday...laughing the whole time.

3)Marshall won so we are now a Rice win tomorrow away from ensuring that no future American Airlines Conference team plays for the CUSA crown.

4)We are on the verge of breaking the curse of Tulsa. I believe it.

Number 4 would great. I need something to get that 57-2 game out of my memory.
