Joe Aguilar Why did you have to lose to UTSA? Will never hear the end of it! Joe in San Antonio!

Tony Steven What happened against utsa?? How did we loss to them?? I do love you coach Mac but the loss was the coaching mistake!!

You do know that none of those questions will actually be asked on the show, right?

I'm interested to hear him talk about Freddie Warner returning as soon as this week against Tulsa and Blake Dunham possibly returning for the bowl game.

Should be a fun competition for replacing Trice at free safety between Zed Evans and Freddie Warner. Warner is one of the most talented players on our football team, when healthy.

Is this real talk?

Glad I drove from Grand Prairie to the show tonight at Rudy's. I am hoping on the 24 hour rule and moving on to Tulsa. Hopefully, a hit 8 and then a Bowl Game afterwards. In three years, taking one of the five worst FBS teams in the last 7 years, to a potential 8-4 record is incredible. And, you youngster may have lots of Bow games left, but it has been a long time since 2004, and I am going to take time to enjoy it.

Tulsa-Time!

Best part was Mac talking about the new prez. Very pro Atheltics

While the new prez may be very pro athletics l, what is Mac gonna say if he wasn't? Think he goes on the coach's show and talks about how the new prez sucks?

This is the definition if coach speak. If there is one thing to ignore from this show, this is it.

I agree. Very cool to hear Mac say that he knew more about Mac than Mac knew about him.

And for those looking forward to a baseball program, he is a guy who enjoys his baseball, is very invested in athletics at the University, and is a record setting fund raiser. That all adds up very well for baseball at UNT.

What if that is simply a factual statement? If the guy is the fundraiser people say he is, I doubt he's clueless about the value of collegiate athletics as part of keeping alums connected to their alma mater. Besides, being from UNLV, I'd think it's possible he may have an idea or two about basketball, even if he couldn't double their former coach's salary to match what Oklahoma offered. You should be interested in that. I say, give this new prez a chance.

What is Mac gonna say if he wasn't? Nothing and claim he doesn't know enough to comment, but he did answer and did so in a positive manner. I take quite a bit from his answer.

Because that is what Mac does. And should do.

Just take it with a grain of salt. Mac is VERY aware of public perception.
