There's been some pretty bad football played during that time. Not sure about that. I think UTSA played a good game and they brought it. We were simply outplayed.

For me this was a lot worse than any losses I saw when we were a losing team. I didn't expect anything from those teams. This one just hurts. My last game as a senior as well. Good turn out for the weather and we froze our butts off for a piss poor effort.

Yes, it's a game we expected to win, but no one who's been around for any time can say that was our most embarrassing loss since we've been following the program.

There's a difference between a disappointing loss and getting humiliated. I doubt this will happen again, so long as we schedule our bye weeks consecutively in the beginning of the season.

My only worry, and it's a big one, a loss to a team like UTSA could potentiialy knock us from the HOD Bowl. If we had won out and lost in the CUSA title game, we'd be more appealing to the HOD committee. Now, not so much. Man this stinks.

I am more than embarrassed by this team. I flew in from NY, brought 5 people to the game, and we were thumped by a shitty JUCO team. As I see it, I deserve some refund from the athletic department for allowing me in to Apogee stadium to see a turd like that.

Last I checked the conference championship game is over for us. If Tulane wins over Rice, the best we could do is a 3 way tie and Tulane goes.

Relax. The HoD isn't some super prestigious bowl. They know we'll bring fans. They saw the UTEP and Rice games.

I know it is a CUSA tie in vs Big 10 or Big 12, but isn't there veto power here from a power conference or am I thinking another Bowl?
