The death march continues. In all seriousness, I might only be back to the apartment for the end of the game, after listening to the football game I have a few things to do and probably won't get home till after halftime of this one. I'm not TRYING to avoid a pasting like last night.

Props to those that posted after I left.

Looking forward to listening to this one on the radio. Hoping something happens here... I want to know what would happen if Benford just rolled the ball out there and sat on the bench, or even let his assistant coach a single game. I want to know what the difference is.... If any...

This. I said this last season when people were saying it was the players fault for not learning the "system". What can it hurt to roll the ball out there and say go.

I am fine trying that now, but I will always give a coach a year. Benford had his and it's time to start winning

I understand but when I listen to a game and even games I have seen it so hard to see where it's coaching. Today during the football game it was very obvious because of the play call that it was on the coaches, that and DT is just awful!

In basketball I do see some things from Benford.nhe is up a lot and yellowing shooter and I get that some people think that is stupid. That is his personality. I do not think he is like Johhny who would squat down near the end of the bench and watch the game for 5 minutes straight sometime. Benford is right there in action. Still a bit of a assistant coach/player mentality, but I can see that he is very involved.

The final score may be an indicator of his involvement.

This is why I am all for seeing what happens if he sits on the bench all game or let's an assistant run it. I want to see the difference. Until then it's so hard to determine what is going on. Roll the ball out there and let Alzee run the floor. The point guard is the coach on the floor anyway.

Point Guard is the General, Coach is still Commander in Chief.

Though, it is really hard to tell by the radio/gamecast if the low percentage shooting is by bad looks (which could be due to coaching) or if the men can't shoot (which isn't on the coach).
