I'm going on record.

RS Freshman Mark Lewis is going to be a stud.

I'm making the call now.

He will be our next great running back.

Anyone else have a Freshman or Soph that will be a standout?

Make your call.

I called LD greatness at his first open practice, but I'm batting a .000 since. I will take that to mean I'm no prophet and hold my tongue.

I am excited to see if you guys are right about DW though! It would be awesome to have a true star at QB (no knock at DT intended).

I have the same feeling about Lewis. Just something about him. I would also agree with everyone listed and would include Chad and Fonzale Davis.

Wait so is the discussion about contributors or program changers? Because Cobbs, Quinn, Dunbar, and Orr are those guys and I think DW will be that guy. If its about just who we should look out for I'm going with that kid coming in from oak cliff.

Lewis was a 3* by ESPN & 247. Didn't take the bulk of the carries until his senior year at running back and then dominated at Livonia(LA) rushing for 2000+. I'm excited to see him in spring ball, but I will say the fact that Rollins was ahead of him when Pegram went down says something.

I have no idea who will be the next impact player among the freshman(or sophomores) but I sure hope it's one of these guys:

Mustafa Haboul

Malik Dilonga

Sir Calvin

Syd Moore

Dutton Watson
