If I was a multi-billionaire, I'd put up Denton's money to move the new hotel / convention center to where Fouts currently sits. Then I would connect it to a new, first class basketball arena. You put those three together and you'll have the capacity for some huge events. Then can still do that with the Super Pit but connecting it would make it more usable in bad weather.

Now in my next dream I'll cure cancer.
