Maybe we can get payback for their 3 point barrage against us at the Loyola Marymount tournament in 2011. I think most of us are gonna be at work for all or part of this game. Might be tough to have a proper game thread going on, but I'm gonna try to listen as best I can from the office in the first half. Because of my hours, I may be able to be home before the end (that's what happens when you go in at 6:30 in the AM...you get out early!) though.

Look at Columbia up 24-21 with 2mins to go in the 1st half. They are playing Mich St.

SFA also gave UT a run for their money. Our schedule is looking a bit rougher but we can do it.

I would love for Columbia to knock off Michigan State before we go in and beat them on the road!

I was just responding to Andrew saying we're playing them on the road, since we're playing them in Portland

I know you where sorry if you think I was calling you out or something. I was just stating where I thought we were in relation to them.

Oh I was unaware that Portland was not on the road... I guess I can commute to the game with someone....

We'll captain literal, since you want to be a smartass; we can't beat Columbia on the road, but hopefully we can beat them on the basketball court. And Portland isn't on the road, but there are roads in Portland.

I'm glad someone could put this with more grace than I.

You were the smart alec first. We are not at home so we are going on the road to play the game. We will not have a lot of fans at the game to support the team. Though we are the "home team" for the first two games it is on the road.

If we're gonna consider the home team the one that doesn't travel as far, we'd qualify since they're coming from NY.

I am consider the home team the one that is slotted as the home team on the schedule. We are the home team in the first two games and the road team against Portland. In reality they are all games away from home.

No, you just get overly defensive on the board. Just letting you know we were playing them at a neutral site, because when most people say we're playing a team on the road that means we're playing them at their place. Thought you might've seen the white on our schedule for Columbia and thought it was over there. No smart aleckness intended, just perceived.

Columbia 6

NT 4

15:47 to go

Lions with a couple of threes. Hope it's not like the last time we played them - seemed like all of their points came from behind the arc.
