6th largest home crowd ever

4th largest home crowd in Denton

2nd largest home crowd in Apogee

2nd largest crowd to see us win

largest crowd to see a win in Apogee

2nd largest back-to-back crowds ever

Averaging 21,369 through 5 home games

Need 13,153 to average 20,000 for the first time ever

A crowd of 25,000 would make us an average of 21,974

Everyone is welcome on the bandwagon.

See you in Denton in two weeks.

What was the attendance for tailgaters who never walked 100 yards into the game?

Actually was meeting someone at the Apogee end of the bridge and was amazed at the steady stream of people going in the Fouts direction close to game time. All ages and most decked out in NT gear, but obviously had no interest in going to the game.

We need to put a gate on the Fouts side of the pedestrian bridge and lock it 30 minutes prior to kick.

And just about all of the Tailgating going on during the game was Greek.

Them evil Greeks, I have several people that come to the tailgate and leave before the game begins. It adds to the atmosphere! And over time I have talked several to come in. Now I have some that buy season tickets, with us winning these guys will be even more likely to get tickets.

There was a large group with an RV on the edge of the golf course that pushed our tailgate over. We left to go in 30 minutes prior to kick. The early start nearly made us late. When we went in, their tailgate was still going strong. As I left, I heard a large tailgate going on past the practice fields, near the tennis courts, that sounded like it had never stopped. And then there was the usuall tailgating during the game on the Hill. Once we are selling out every game, and tickets are hard to get, I will understand tailgating outside during the game. Until then, it is ok to stop drinking for 3 hours, I promise. And it IS legal to tailgate after the game too.

Its nothing to worry about is the point, you can bring a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

The good thing is tailgating helps attendance overall and makes the game day experience bigger and better. At least they are there and not going to Dallas or other.
