Agreed. I say this because McCoy was up and about with his short off smiling and high fiveing while Smith looked upset and in paint he whole rest of the game. Still mad we kept DT in that long. If we had pulled him we would not have that injury. He overthrows everyone and leaves his receivers out to dry for the defense.

I thought the same thing about DT. Berg and Mc need to get reps and the last thing we need is a hurt DT to finish out the best season we have had in a decade! I really would have loved to see Berg throw one pass.

I sat behind players bench. Smith and Rollins look done. Possible broken ribs for Smith and dislocated shoulder or clavicle for Rollins. Chancellor and Sarge looked ok after they got looked at.

Ribs for Smith? I am interested to hear what it is. It looked like his shoulder. His arms was in a sling and they normally do not do that for ribs.

How did I get a minus one for stating a fact? I sit right by the bench in 105. HI have a pretty good view of what is going on down there. The only reason I see a sling is because you cannot do anything for the ribs but let them heal on there own and prevent movement. That I why I wish they would have addressed this on the post game show.

We really need both of them at this point in the season. Losing Smith especially is huge. Wish DT would have given him at least a chance with that play. Anyway, if we are forced to move on without them, at least until they can heal up, one bright side is it gives some other younger guys some PT and game experience fir next year.

But gosh I hope Smith is going to be okay and ready for next week.

I saw them checking his ribs then they wrapped his Smith's shoulder. At one point he was doubled over and the staff was supporting him. Praying for these guys. Hate to see injuries.

same as in the game when Pegram went down for the year, why have the starters still in with the game already wrapped up.

Makes no sense

D Smith will be fine, 2 weeks will be good for him to rest up. He will play UTSA, he is a tough kid.

Rex isn't looking good, he has become a solid RB#3.

Thank you. Had convinced myself from the looks of it that it would be the other way around.

From our place right in from of the North goal line, Smith's injury looked way more like a broken wrist given his full weight coming down on it and the awkward angle his momentum kept pushing him in. That would better explain the sling as well.
