lol. i honestly probably watch way less sports than most of the posters here. it's cute you took that personally instead of actually looking at what you said. "What are Net rankings based on?" and "I question a lot of their ranking order." your words so you admit you don't fully understand a thing, but yet you doubt it. @CMJ gave you the literal definition. it's a very important metric and one that will be fluid throughout the year. as, let's say, UCONN plays Big East opponents with higher NET rankings, win or lose they'll start to move up in NET, while a Memphis win over shit UTSA may actually hurt them. to your exact question...ya...I think USU would hang real tough with UCONN right now. probably beat the team I watched in Maui.
