I interpreted that post to mean Scrappy would be dressed as a game official. I hope I'm wrong and you're right.

Actually, it's about time - I noticed last year at the pep rally the night before the UH game that Scrappy was "molting" pretty badly.

I'm not going to complain about the new Scrappy because he is pretty cool at that. The Scrappy from the fifties and sixties was a true icon, however, and will return some day, just wait and see.
