A guy like Richard Abbe, little known out of West Texas who is now being considered an NFL prospect is just one example. You took potential and turned it into results this season. I still disagree with trying to move Eddrick Gilmore and Sarge inside. But, to his credit, he eventually came around on both of those. And his development of players has been nothing short of outstanding.
