If we get into Heart of Dallas, I may visit some family and make a whole trip out of this thing. Not sure I can reason the expense with some of those other possibilties.

They all sound great EXCEPT the New Orleans Bowl. I hope to never, ever see UNT play another member of the SBC, ever.

Annapolis is about 2-2.50 hours from Richmond.

Military bowl for cusa east.

I agree. I'd be very surprised if the Military bowl doesn't have the C-USA east winner, unless a C-USA east team wins the conference, then it will have the C-USA East 2nd place (between Marshall, MT & ECU).

Any bowl is a good bowl. But let's not forget that the season could come crashing down upon us if we don't take care of business.

That said, I will not go to the Hawaii (Aloha ?) Bowl. I just need more time to get things together for such a trip.

I prefer not to go back to New Orleans. I love the city, but the Superdome has not been kind to us all in all.

The bowl I want to win now is the upcoming Rice Bowl played at Apogee Stadium this Thursday. The only game that matters right now.

Beat Rice. Then beat everybody else.

Dude! You from Richmond? I've been here for five years ... and I desperately miss Texas. I try to make it back once a year for a home game. I'm really hoping we play at Old Dominion a lot when they start playing in the conference.

I thought you were making fun of my earlier post, which deserved to be made fun of.

I was going to try and wrap a business trip around the military bowl if we went, but the dates don't jive.

So sad.
