So far we can't even win two in a row. This team has some ability; the coaching staff seems myopic.

Hypothetically, if Canales is terrible and he's been in his position for over two years now, whose job is it to assess that situation and make positive changes for the program?

EDIT: Just saying you can't really blame one and not the other.
