Looks like a pretty darn fair assessment of the situation. Pretty much hit the challenges right on the head. Answer those questions in a positive manner for the team, and it could be a pretty exciting season. Get 'email wrong, and "here we go again".

New season, new challenges....it is going to be fun to watch. Ready to put last season in the rear view mirror.
