Not a lot.

Uniforms, brand sponsorships, playing venue, rosters, coaching staff, program attitude and most importantly, wins.

Most 1-11 type seasons with Dodge to 5-7 and 4-8 and a 2-1 start under McCarney. Something like more home wins under McCarney than under Dodge and the ugly part of Dickey's tenure.

But hey, I try not to pass judgment on a program 3 years in like it's year 1.
