Mason a defensive end missed the game tonight with a shoulder injury. That's another hit for the defensive line. The good news is Sarge did return and seemed to play well.

What is up with all of the shoulder injuries? With Dodge it was feet and with Mac it is shoulders.

Daryl has never had healthy shoulders. He has had surgery on both since he has been at NT and missed the Spring because of it. He is a talent, but he seems to have trouble staying on the field.

Feel bad for the kid. I've had an entire shoulder rebuilt - everything but having the joint itself replaced. Of all the injuries I've incurred it is far and away the most difficult thing Ive had to rehab. While it's pretty good now, 8.5 months post surgery, I'll never be 100% of what I was and I don't have to play football. I wish him the speediest and most complete recovery possible. Chin up Daryl.
