I have been watching a little of that one, UH was only a 3 point favorite. Temple has a pretty good D I think.

I was flipping between this and and the UTSA game. I Only saw pieces of the second half of the TCU game -- what happened to their crowd? Did they all leave at the half or what?

I was at the game. Most people stayed in the shady area under the stands where you can still see the game. First half was torture to watch, but Boykin (#2) came out and really made some great plays. Pachall did get hurt and I am sad to hear it. He worked hard to deal with his issues and really wanted to have a great year. Does not look like that will be the case for a good young man.

When TV sets the game times, the fans don't always benefit. An 11 or Noon kick in early September in Texas can make games unbearable. Not surprised fans sought out shade.

I was there with a friend and we stood under the shade for the 1st qtr and went to our seats for the second then left at the half. Just too unbearable to watch a team that is not mine.

Saw a student pass out and hit her head. I can't blame anyone for not wanting to sit there and wait for it to get hotter and hotter throughout the game.

TCU came out terrible. Pachall looked bad when he was in. SLU missed a couple of wide open receivers. If they had even a decent qb, they would have ha a lead at the half.

Of course, in the second half TCU did what they should have done in the first half. The line on this game was 42...

Just saw Baylor game at half-time... Jr. highs appear to have more attendance.... maybe they are under the stands... They are playing Buffalo .. and have 52 points at haslf... Tarleton would have given them more opposition... awful. Why play someone that terrible. ?

Last week the played an FCS school. This weeks it's at least an FBS school but certainly not a strong one.
