I thought just about the most interesting aspect of a blowout win over a bad Idaho team was big Antonio Johnson splitting out wide on two separate plays. DT never looked his way but I couldn't be more intrigued...

I completely missed the Antonio Johnson split out. One thing I did notice, several numbers are used by players on both sides if the ball. I thought Will Wright split out wide on offense one play before I realized it wasn't him...

And yes, Idaho was bad, but still, winning and dominating a game that NT should've done so with is a good sign.

I noticed that David Terrel has the potential to be one hell of a possession receiver..

That touchdown was the best catch of the game. Really bummed when they didn't replay it in the stadium.

yeah i just remembered we did that fake FG punt

And a BEAUTIFUL punt it was. Downed on the 3. Although the D-Lineman probably needed oxygen after running after the ball.

You can still say that our punter didn't see any playing time. The trick punt was by Zach Paul.

It was Zach Olen. Speaking of that play, kudos to Little Jub for being able to keep that ball in the field of play.

And was disappointed no diamond formation..

And loved the fullback dive for the 1st down

David Terrel or Darius Terrell? ;)

I'd like more discussion of Antonio Johnson as a receiving threat.

Wouldn't mind seeing him line up as eligible reciever on goalline situations. He was a very good BB player in HS. I'm sure he could block out the defender & go up high for a pass

I was thinking he was out there to block on a WR screen but he was the deepest off the line in a tight trips set and out his big'ole paw up like he was expecting the ball. Really can't wait until they look his way on that play.

Nope. It was Zach Paul, unless you think Olen put on Paul's jersey for that play. Just validated my memory against ESPN's stats since you called my memory into question. Thanks for the time waste.
