The second to the last tweet...nothing new, but better than most campuses around.

there was always plenty of parking at fouts...just didn't want to walk...sounds lazy to me...not lack of parking...

2 things.

The 2nd tweet is why we will have around 22k Saturday.

The 3rd tweet assures it won't be worse.

Glad someone came to their senses.

The third tweet will actually lower attendance. Prepare to wave at the 2,000 Greeks sitting on the hill while the game goes on.

People stay outside and tailgate at every school. As the culture changes we will see more people come in. The most important part by far is winning.

well hello stranger...you've been missed.. Welcome back! GMG

This.

At least they are near the stadium.

Without the party, I bet they would be somewhere else.

We must win to get them inside.

I can confirm this. Both yesterday and today there was plenty of parking, both there and over by The Village Church. In fact, throughout the spring I never had to search for a spot in either place.

Of course, showing up at least a few minutes early for your class certainly won't hurt things, either . . .

I will continuously reiterate this, but it is not in UNT's best interests, nor will it be pursued, for there to be an abundance of parking on campus. This will be reaffirmed throughout the next decades as most every surface lot will be condensed into three newer garages (though the exorbitant cost on those are sketchy investments as well).

This is a good thing for a university trying to distance itself from being a "commuter" school.

This is an essential thing when the amount of available UNT-owned land within the central campus runs out, despite vertical expansion.

This is a much-needed thing for the Parking & Transportation department which has a surprising amount of data on resident-owned vehicles that essentially turn surface lots into long-term storage facilities.
