Yes. UNT can be an upper tier G5 program. Very few G5's have the combination of location, resources, etc. From all indications, however, there is not an institutional or administrative desire to win at a high level. Until that happens it'll be Frisco Bowl levels of success. -

That'll be the most telling part of this hire. Unless some p4 AD gets super wasted and hires him away, he's here next year. With that schedule, if you aren't playing the CCG, that should be an automatic resignation. Much less a firing -

Odom DC??
Excellent point. However, you could also look to hire a DC with skins on the wall that could possibly take over if/when EM gets fired. The possibility of being a possible HC for a D-1 program may be quite enticing to some…at least the thought of it. -

Football at The Dat next wrekend
Why don't we lend our facilities out more often for high school playoff games? That goes for DATCU, the Super Pit, and even the soccer stadium. Getting more unaffiliated families on our campus and in our venues can only help.
