I was thinking in our little tailgate area the guys have done a chili cook-off before, should we have a Go Mean Green Chili Cook-off the last home game before thanksgiving.

With guest judges? Former players? New School president?

This is pretty much my menu as well. We put the beans below the shoulder while smoking so the drippings fall into the beans. So delicious.
