If I were Rick V and a few others, this type of comment would have me seething and feeling very unappreciated. We are still WAY behind most D1 football programs when it comes to spending $$

Why would they be offended when you agree with me?

Instead of offended, they should concentrate on putting winning programs on the field/court, much like ULM, who does it with far less.
