Question concerning recent transfers out of the program
Besides Bean at Kansas and Nixon at Auburn have any of our players that have transferred out been contributors to their teams at anywhere near the level they were at North Texas? -

Is this the best team UNT has ever had?
Haha no not even close. Other than Texas Tech, who absolutely throttled us, none of the teams we have played so far are very challenging opponents. When we get to conference play and have to face the top teams in the AAC I think the reality that this team is OK but nothing special will become apparent. -

Are the DMN sports folks SMU homers?
On Tuesdays during the CFB season, the Ticjet covers the big games of interest. At the very, very end of the segment on the morning show, if UNT is mentioned, which is about 50%, it’s George givng his opinion in about 10 seconds, which is 10 more than the afternoon show gives us. Again, the entire program exists in the giant shadow of power schools and we can barely get a mention. We lost the one game that matters to these people so I guess that does it for UNT football coverage for the entire year.
