Reported to be in the $400K range for the first year and growing to a tad over $900K by the third year of the contract...total three year contract reported to be about $1.9 million over the three years....lowest on the Piston's roster.

BUT, really doesn't matter...if Tony performs the way Tony is capable of performing, by year three he will be making mega-millions. The important thing is that he got a contract and a three year one and he is on his way!

I think the sandwich with the money is a low class move... My father in law said he will be broke in 3 years with no degree and the rest I will not type. Here is to hoping this picture is just a slip up and he invest now.

We get it. You want him to fail to prove your opinion that a coach destined to fail was right about the most physically gifted player to ATTEND UNT.

All to protect and support a guy who viewed this job as nothing but a stepping stone.

I do not want him to fail... I want him to be fiscally responsible. Most well off dignified people do not need to rub their money in other people's face or post pictures with it.... That is a maturity thing... Not a race thing as somehow nt03 saw it as such. Thank God for the money and invest it... Do not post pictures of it or the fancy things you buy with it. I just wonder what ever happened to humility in this country.

Trust me, if everyone who holds the upper hand on you in some way posted pictures of it you'd have to declare us ALL classless.

Here's an idea. Stack all of your alter egos on a bun and snap a pic.

So, is your father-in-law the prognosticator of all prognosticators? What if Tony re-ups after 3 years and goes onto having a decent career as serviceable player? What will Daddy think then?

I have no idea... I just know he worked in the financial industry and had to see all this stuff first hand.he is allowed to have his opinion and I can post it. I have no idea what will happen. I he Tony gets trade to a team where he can get solid play time and makes the all rookie team at the all star break. Perhaps that is the problem... The fact I speak for 4 or 5 people since they do not have accounts but the last time someone had an account it got pinned on me some how so I just pass on people in my life's opinions. I am confident barring injury or a mental breakdown that he will get singed to a much larger contract after this contract is up.

      Pre-Game Observations & Question

      Mean Green Village looks pretty healthy. But that is almost all deceiving when comes to predicting actual buts in seats by 2nd quarter. Has anyone been a CFB event with huge disparity between tailgate attendance vs game attendance? I appreciate the free food at the Alumni Pavilion but as an Alumni member it really isn't free. I also noticed a stack of unused bricks with tributes on them. Saw on with 2023 with somebody's name on it. Does anyone know what are the future plan for the Alumni Pavilion? I appreciate Rudy's but I disappointed they refuse to bring rib to there booth at the game. Is it a food safety thing? Seems like they could make a killing offering ribs and just a couple other regular menu items. For blowouts or earlier afternoon kickoffs I just go to Rudy's on I-35E to get my BBQ fix a little cheaper. 🤷🏽‍♂️ 20 years later I still don't like the script helmets. Hopefully I am in the very small minority and people too young to remember them love them. Go Mean Green

      This is great information, but we have been called a sleeping giant for at least 20 years. The reality is that conference realignment is based upon football and tv sets. UTSA 's football program is perceived as going up, UNT's as going nowhere. I will defer to tv interest by viewers of either team other that we garner very little.

      I enjoyed reading your critics as well. All it all boils down to the 3-3-5 not being able to cope with facing offenses that will run the ball at you till you stop it consistently. Air Raid OC seem to overrate it. To Seth's credit his last 2 years he just lean into his team's offensive strength but him being a RB and cutting his teeth coaching that position helped him appreciate the running game.
