I think this list was discussed previously, but The Sporting News would have McCarney #3 behind only Coker & Blankenship...

I think the vastly differing opinions of how our league's coaches rank is a show of how many programs are in such a critical juncture. The excitement of the new conference is that so many feel both opportunity and pressure to rise to the top quickly. Should make for a lot of fun!

If I was making the list I would have things shuffle up a bit from their list. McCarney would be several spots high. However, I really don't care at this point. I'll be much easier to have an opinion after a season of being in the conference.
