You are now able to embed tweets by posting the link given under the tweet details setting. You can get to the tweet details setting by click on a tweet and opening it up and then find the "details" link at the bottom of the tweet, it looks like this:

2:05 PM - 21 Jun 13 · Details

Just click "Details" and then copy the address in the address bar at the top of the page, and paste into a post.....and it will look like this

I would like for a couple of you to post tweets to help me test it if you will. I noticed that right after you post the details code you must reload the page to get it to show....give it a try..gmg

No need for the twitter button laxtonto -- just click details, grab the address and post it...refresh screen -- it's there

Not yet... about 1 more year... This will most likely be my finale of tailgating and parting at the games

Screw that -- you need to become a professor at UNT and sponsor a suite at Apogee for your department!

we would all go to jail (especially is Thor is allowed to come :) ).. but I will probably try and come back in 5 to 10 years or so... Wife and I love it here, but academia is a weird bird, no telling where we will end up

Will the new Superman films be better than the Batman trilogy? Well, *I* won't hurt my knee, cry and quit for 8 years between films.

If the “S” on Superman’s shirt means “hope,” then the “bat” on my shirt means “Superman doesn’t know how to read.”

I might be retarded. It isn't working for me. :(

I think I saw what you did and its a very common error -- I think you tried to use the tweet button in the edit pane but you do not need to use that...

step by step

1). go to twitter.com

2). Find a tweet that you would like to post here

3). if there is a list of tweets click on the one you want to un-collapse it (make it longer/bigger)

4). look at the bottom of the tweet once it is un-collapsed...you will see this = 7:02 PM - 24 Jun 13 · Details

5). Click the "Details" link

6). This will take you to a page that ONLY contains the tweet.

7). copy the web address of that page and paste it into a post on here --- do not use embed or do not use the twitter button in this edit menu. Just paste the web address and then hit refresh and it will appear.
