If Loving is eligible and makes it to Denton consider moving him to defensive tackle! He's 6-4, 270 and VERY athletic....hopefully Marcus Smith is healthy and he, Dru Miller, Danny Prior, Cooper Jones and Tanner Smith can tow the line at TE.... My boy true frosh Wylie Rheinhardt could possibly fit in on either side as well although I'd prefer to red shirt him.

I've thought about this as well, but we really need Loving at tight end IMO. Out tight end depth is good, but the rest of those guys are undersized on the line if scrimmage. Most of them are used more as fullbacks in this offense and I think that's where they belong.

How is that any different than 6'3" 265 lbs.? There are 12 O-lInemen on the roster and 10 of them weight 300 lbs or more (not counting incoming freshmen). Why hasn't at least 2 or 3 of these guys been moved to DT? You would think that someone would be willing to change positions in order to have an oppertunity to play every game. There is a reason.

That is interesting... Obviously there are huge positional differences, but all of these guys are proud and competitors.... You would think that the allure of playing time would entice at least one....

Not that they get to pick their positions, but all that size sitting on the bench seems like a bit of a waste doesn't it?
