Doesn't seem to be a top priority from Big 12 officials the way I read it. If it were why would they sign with CUSA and the Heart of Dallas Bowl game for the next 5 years?

This sentence from the article in link below seems a tad different attitude coming from Jim Delany: Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany said there are too many important athletic voices outside of the power-conference structure that shouldn't be ignored.
