Easy. K-9 vitamin deficiencies as well as K-9 tooth decay coincide with global warming because they are byproducts of the increased air temperature that George Bush created when he used his septor to cause hurricane Katrina due to his disdain for Kanye West. Didn't you know the oil drilling created the earthquakes that caused the catastrophic tsunamis that killed so many people in Japan and Indonesia? T Boone and W have blood and dog cavities on their hands.

Okay, UNT90 - you've lost me. What is the inevitable cause of the demise of representative democracy?

Isn't it overpopulation and empiricism, whether official or not?

Isn't it typically some sort of outside threat that allows a single person (usually a general) to take command to reduce the threat, then never giving up that power, and becoming a dictator?

Wasn't it the "strong women" factor that is credited with the strength of warrior cultures like Sparta and Viking/Germanic tribes and communities? Hmmm...warrior women...sorry, got distracted there for a minute.

If the people who preach that we should stop using carbon-based stuff would stop using carbon-based stuff to set the example I might follow.

Go ahead, greenies...start with the "Building and Home" list. I'll come over and help you pull all of that stuff out of and off your house, so that you can really show the world how serious you are about being "green."

Next, we'll go out to the driveway and remove the stuff listed under automotive out of and off your car.

It's always nice to get a good laugh at "green" folks who preach ditching carbon, yet still drive cars and live in structures like houses. apartments, duplexes, condos, and whatnot.

Practice what you preach, greenies. The list is right there on your favorite television station, PBS. Go ahead, live carbon free, carbon-free bangers!

I just want us to stop using oil for fuel so that it will be freed up to lower the cost of awesome plastic action figures.

I am a card carrying member of the GOP and I understand volcanos are the largest source of carbon emissions on planet earth. Global warming is a serious problem right now, on Mars. Al Gore should have stuck with banning Two Live Crew albums instead of amateur climatology, I guess he needs something to bitch about to feel relevant. Finally, thank goodness the industrial revolution ended the last ice age 10,000 years ago.

Please, bring science up in the global warming debate, it would be a welcomed change. Planet earth never had periods of warming and cooling in its estimated 4.6 billion years? We have been keeping data for less than 100 years or so? (Seconds in geological terms.) It's funny how legitimate scientists don't get air time when they speak against the expert opinions of actors and politicians. I am all for recycling and keeping land, water, and air clean but the global warming crowd should be ashamed of the verbal diarrhea they spew. (Example: Moronic Congressman claiming Moore, OK was caused by Republicans fault. Or Al Gore claiming the record setting snowfall recently is caused by warming...seriously..., the laughable UN even admitted they had to change data and cook the books to make global warming look like an issue, and on and on...)

...and most deserts used to be lakes and oceans, and other parts of the world have changed dramatically over the course of millions of years as well. That's why I take arguments on either side with a shovelful of salt. There isn't enough data to prove correlation one way or another over a long enough period of time, especially with so many variables available. But I agree with CMJ and others who feel that we should try to be responsible consumers of our planet's resources when possible (and reasonable, which TFLF explained pretty well already). Plus the old "Bush Ranch vs. Gore Mansion carbon footprint" data was hilarious. Gore's usage is about that of a small third-world country, whereas guys like Bush and Nugent, who don't want government control, do it on their own and are actually "greener" than most of the well-known outspoken environmentalists.

Can someone explain what dental chews naturally made with added vitamins, minerals, taurine, and chlorophyll (sodium copper chlorophyllin) to provide a complete oral care, and offer a nutritionally complete and balanced blend of highly soluble and digestible proteins for adult dogs based on AAFCO recommendations have to do with global warming, or lack thereof?

Chewing burns the calories provided by whatever is being ingested. Calories are units of heat. The more we all continue to eat and chew, the more heat is expended planetwide. Stop eating, dammit. It's bad for the environment. And don't fart, either. And eating the farting cows...well, that's just a double-loss to the environment, so why do they have to tempt us by being so delicious?
