Can Benford ever recover from this past year?

It is really hard to knock JJ after last year's disaster. He played easy schedules and was only a little above average in Belt regular season play, but he always had the team in position to win the Belt tournament and I think that was always his primary goal.

JJ took a horrible team and make them an above average non-power conference team. He didn't take the team to the next step but his accomplishments at NT were substantial.

Unfortunately, I think RV has killed any progress that JJ made. I can understand the hiring of Benford, a lot more than the decision to keep him.

You remember where we were when he was hired right?? I think JJ's "steps" resemble those of an olympic triple-jumper's.
