Places to stay in Denton

I know this isn't football related, but I'm taking a group of powerlifters to Ponder and was wondering the best place to stay in Denton? I always stay in crap holes when I come in for football games, but would like for the guys to stay somewhere decent.

The best western off of 380 close to the new Sams Club is nice.

We stay at the la quinta on 35 and 380 for the kids birthdays...nice spot...breakfast provided...

Stay there whenever I stay in town for football games. Free breakfast and clean, comfortible rooms. Staff is also extremely helpful. It's a Best Western Premier (or something like that) which means high end for Best Western. Flat screens in the rooms, large walk in showers, etc...

If it were me I'd either stay at the Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn. Both south of Apogee on I-35E.

I ended up going with the Best Western Plus right there on 380 and 35. Taking 5 kids from the sticks to the big city (Denton is huge to them). They are pumped.
