Like Lairamie Lee, he can knock the crap out of offensive backs and receivers - witnessed first-hand.

Awesome! These Chapel Hill players seem to be the real deal. Still holding out hope that Sir Calvin breaks out for us this year.

Do you know of any upcoming 2014 prospects that we could get in on, either for Chapel Hill or any Tyler school?

After winning state in 2011 CH graduated about 31 of 41 players. Guess what. They did not have a good season last year.

However, I do know of several that could be equal to LL and AT, and some offensive might coming up the ladder, to - know several of the coaches so I will fish around for their thoughts.

Keep in mind that UNT's "ace in the hole" is Jeremy Loyd, an assistant coach at CH, who played for Dan McCarney at Iowa State and was instrumental in encouraging Lairamie Lee to sign with UNT - and maybe Tucker, Rollins and Wallace, too.

One other "ace in the hole" at CH - Brelan Chancellor's father is an assistant coach at CH.

Wesley Thompson (6-2, 190 ATH) and Joseph Clark (5-9, 175 RB/DB) are good Chapel Hill players in the 2014 class. John Tyler and Whitehouse have good players, but they'll likely be going bigger than North Texas. Same may be said for Thompson.
