I agree with Laxtonto. The transfers and JUCO's are probably the most exciting.

As for the high school recruits, I think I'm most excited about Kidsy.

I NEVER get excited about football transfers.

Why?

Stratford, Cole, and Cam Feldt (although he still has a chance to do something).

That's just off the top of my head. There is a reason they left bigger programs. They are huge gambles with fairly long odds.

Stradford was pretty good his first year--at least he took enough attention to give other slower receivers the opportunity to get open.

I wouldn't call Trice a bust.

Im more disappointed about woods than antione. Antione looked more like a wr, than a true corner.

Dont sleep on kidsy either. Greater Houston area top 100, and no matter what the sites say, he has 3 star talent. He just had a lot of talent in front of him last year. The recruiting sites are not updated, but he had more d1 offers. Illinois and ull offered and he probably had more that were looking to offer.

WR will be interesting with Kidsey, a healthy Brelan Chancellor, Rod Lancaster, UT transfer Darius Terrell, Carlos Harris, Pleasant, Schrapps, Smith, Teegarden, Iowa transfer John Chelf, and the other new guys Smiley and greyshirt Hines. Just a whole new group when you look at it, a LOT more athleticism and size/speed.

Agree 100%. Kidsy had a huge senior season. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to hold on to him

I hope we don't get surprised tomorrow & Kidsey goes elsewhere. He got a lot of good offers After he committed & it's been quiet... Crossing fingers on him. Seems like a kid who could get serious PT his freshman year

Short term I'm excited about Kidsy out of the high school recruits, assuming we hang on. Long term I think Harrison Sorge will be a stud, and I think Wylie Reinhardt has a chance to be special.

I hope we can keep signing good tight ends so we can move Reinhardt to defensive line.
