Does not seem to have a NT offer

yet. It appears he may be visiting this weekend and they could offer at this time.

This kid was on the radar of a lot of big 12 programs before his senior year. He is apparently quite a player.

As a junior, Moore collected 96 tackles, 38 tackles for a loss and eight sacks to earn First Team All-District, Honorable Mention All-State honors. He was selected as the 14–3A Defensive Lineman of the Year.

This link indicates offers:

Kinda reminds me of Orr's path here. FANTASTIC Jr. year that got him All-state nods, then recruiting fell off his Sr year (as a result of Zach's injury, but still...). If he can make the grades he'll be a fantastic get. Wonder if the coaches like him better than Tebo? Still would rather have Woods than anyone else on the radar, but after him, this guy would be great.

These are the types of players that make offensive coordinators cringe. He is a 2 star athlete because he is from a 3a district and maybe a little undersized. But makes up for it with speed. He could benefit from a college strength and conditioning program and turn into a BEAST.

I want to see this kid coming off the edge early in his career and, as he bulks up, going inside.

He is a guy that I would want to play SDE on 1st and 2nd downs and move him inside on 3rd and 4+.

Use his strength speed mix as much as possible. If he eventually gets to big for the outside so be it, but he is one of those guys that you can use to help solidify the edge on early downs while still getting pressure up field, which is pretty key with how spread offenses are. That is the main reason why you are seeing a big push in identifying SDE and WDE that flop with the formations now instead of R/L DE that are tied to a location.

Pure speculation, but if he happens to be a little smaller than advertised, possible Zach Orr replacement should Woods not pan out? Looks to have excellent quickness to go along with that power. Bet he would make a nice short yardage FB also.
