Liberty DT Omar Tebo update; Smart soft

I posted earlier today that one of UNTs recruits heard that Omar Tebo, the big defensive tackle from Liberty, Texas, had committed to play for UNT.

Tebo said this afternoon that nothing is finalized yet.

UNT has a spot for a defensive tackle and had three candidates Charles Walker, Tanzel Smart and Tebo.

Will we have to choose between Tebo and Sydrick Moore? Tebo is an unknown. Moore has better credentials. Neither have the ideal size that we need. Offer Moore and see if Tebo will grayshirt or take preferred walkon status? We need quality DTs.
