So I thought I was keeping pretty good track of all of these but I think I missed a win or loss on one, so if you figure out which let me know. I couldn't find the usual tracker online so I just did my own.

ACC 4-2 (.666)

Big 10 2-4 (.333)

Big 12 4-5 (.444)

Big East 3-2 (.600)

C-USA 4-1 (.800)

Ind. 1-2 (.333)

MAC 2-5 (.284)

MWC 1-4 (.200)

P-12 4-4 (.500)

SEC 6-3 (.666)

Sun Belt 2-2 (.500)

WAC 2-0 (1.000)

So as you can see, the big winners were the WAC with a perfect 2-0 record and the SEC who won the most bowls at 6. The biggest losers were the Mountain West with an overall .200, who tied with Independents (as a whole) with only 1 bowl win. Again, I think I missed something because I think this only comes out to 34.5 games so let me know if you see my missed tally.

Match-ups matter.

For example. If NIU had fallen short of the BCS, the Sun Belt bowl picture would have looked like this

Liberty: ASU-Tulsa

GoDaddy: MTSU-NIU

New Orleans: ULL - ECU

Independence: ULM - Ohio

Motor Pizza: WKU - Toledo

and MAC like this

GoDaddy: NIU - MTSU

Famous Potato: Kent State - Utah State

Independence: Ohio -ULM

Motor Pizza: Toledo - WKU

Military: Bowling Green - SJSU

Motor Pizza Toledo- WKU

Likely result? Sun Belt goes 2-3 instead of 2-2 and MAC goes 4-2 instead of 2-5.

Yup. There are a lot of other scenarios that could have played out as well, and I didn't do any "quality win" variables, just the basic records that they used to have, I think it was espn.com that did it.

CUSA 4-1

I don't know how many of those teams that won are leaving next year, but still. Going into a decent situation I'd say.

CUSA departee went 2-1

CUSA remainders went 2-0*

*subject to change per Tulsa rumors.
