Talk about a yawn of a hire with less than a month to put a recruiting class together and just a couple for his staff.

Basically, really only had 1 good season winning a big10 title at Illinois in 2001 followed by 3 straight losing season before getting fired in 2004..

Really don't see how he is going to turn around a program who just had their HC fired out of nowhere and AD didn't hire the guy they wanted and lost their 2013 recruiting class in the process.

Add to the fact he Hasn't been at the college level in almost 10 years.

Their AD must be pray that this works out. The guy must be on the short list to get fired now. Why fire the coach that made your program to go to.... well no need to be mean to Ron Turner, but it sure does not seem necessary to take that risk.
