I am not sure if you guys do events that are non-sports related, but it could be fun. Maybe get some local bands (So many of them have North Texas students or Alumni in them) and just throw down. We could even give the door money to a local charity. I would be willing to help set it up since I manage Rubber Gloves in town. What do you guys think?

Great idea...go for it! Happy to help with whatever I can....just PM me if you want any help. Happy always to volunteer my time for UNT and the Mean Green Nation. Like the connection with Rubbber Gloves, could be something special.

Great idea -- we have an annual basketball and flag football game (which occurs on the day of the UNT spring game). Not everyone wants to get out of their TV recliner and so a social gathering makes a lot of sense. Now would be a great time to start planning it. I will shoot you a PM! GMG!
