Lol. Seasons: 60 (1953 to 2024) What that says is we won more in small college football conferences from 1913-1952. Since moving up to major school football conferences from 1953-2024 (except for the demotion to 1-AA 1983-1995) as we moved up in Conference power, it has become more difficult to sustain winning. That is to be expected if you don't have the resources, donors, and support other major programs have. Also, of course, coaching and recruiting has been unstable. But still we have come a long way...into one of the Top 5 football conferences in the country! -

Career 8.5 sacks, 22 / 23 TFLs (depending on source). His dad is in the Tulsa HOF and started for the Buffalo Bills as an offensive lineman. -

Yes, the visibility with football success is good for drawing "real students" to the academics. I think TCU got like a 200% increase in applications after the National Championship appearance. The football players, however, I doubt really care about the academic standards. -
