It was a trivia question they threw up on the screen during one of their games but I don’t remember which one? Considering how many on this board are longtime season ticket holders die hard fans, and the heart of this fanbase, I HOPE they are aware of this board and what's being said.

When you toss out "Boise State" these days, people start thinking about the giant killers that beat Oregon, OU, etc. None of that had happened yet. I'm not saying they weren't a good team, just that they weren't that team. Again, we had a 2-win season that year. Those were some of my worst years as a UNT fan, and I'd just as soon not go back to that.
