Portal Commit Tracker Thread 12/21
Feel free to post the others but I am intrigued by the commits / signees we receive today. Once they sign they are locked in there is no waiting to see if they get to campus. It appears our coaches are having them sign once they secure the commitment. Then posting later on the UNT Football twitter page such as below. This is not the puzzle piece from today just an example of a player who is 100% a UNT Football player as of this post. GMG -

24/25 MBB Attendance Tracker
I sit on the opposite side of the players bench. Last night there was two people sitting at those seats that are right next to court and the seats behind them had few people in them. Do season tickets go towards the attendance numbers? if they need people to sit in those seats to make look better I am all in. -

Appalachian State (12/20/24)
I know in college football players can participate in 4 games and keep their redshirt. What participation is allowed in basketball to keep a redshirt? Our offense is still stagnant. The defense keeps us in games but eventually our lack of offense will bite us...again. As mentioned by CBL, I don't understand why more bench players weren't used in rotations to see what/who is the most effective offensive combination during OOC games. I doubt many bench-sitters (not named Stone or Allo) will stay around. -

N.O. Bowl: SHSU (9-3) vs Ga. Southern (8-4), 6:00pm ESPN-2....UNT's future Defense on display!
I think they're essentially the same, 6'2-6'4" 230-240 ish pounds who can play in space a little if needed. That is about what I'd imagine it to be. Similarly the numbers are about the same for defensive success rate at 3rd and 8 or longer.
