Not a good outing for McCarney, played defensive and lost all momentum. The interception was bad, but timid coaching lost this game.

Hate to say it, but our coaches lost some games this year, flat out. Just don't understand it.

Somebody make me understand ... Throwing to extremely well covered receivers . Running plays right at their best defender, on short yardage when it hasn't worked the previous 5 times. Short yardage pass plays well behind the marker when we really needed the first down. Defense was outstanding most of time, but I think offensive coaching/play calling lost this. We HAD this game and threw it away. Am I missing something?
