I like Mac a lot and the man can get you fired up and help sell this program to fans and to outsiders by his talk but there really needs to be noticeable and significant progression in year 3 otherwise there won't be anything wrong in analyzing his job and seeing if he's the right man to lead this thing to a next level. Even for this season there is still 3 games left where you can improve and set a ton for next season. But at some point it really boils down to wins and losses and if the wins aren't there then it is perfectly fine to evaluate your options.
