I'm hoping Boone Feldt will be healthy. Is he back practicing? We know he was out in camp because of his neck injury.

Yeah he's back, but I've heard a couple times that Kaydon Kirby is outplaying him. Kirby is our strongest true freshman offensive lineman and is built well at 6'3" 300 lbs. It's kind of a shock he didn't have any offers since he has some solid high school film from 5A Flower Mound. Looks like we got a steal here.

I believe Kirby is the only Freshman Lineman that has been traveling with the team which tells me he is on the brink of getting actual playing time. Really like the way he is shaping up!

Yeah this was who I was referencing, I just don't think we have a shot with the kid. I'm sure we'll be able to find a capable JUCOreplacement or at least a 260-270 lb JUCO RT who was a step quicker than most lineman.
